I am requesting records under the Open Records Act regarding the arrest of Fallan Turner in Wildwood Crest, NJ, on charges including endangering the welfare of children, aggravated assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest with force, and disorderly conduct.
Specifically, I request:
Dashcam and Body-Worn Camera (BWC) footage from the first two responding officers, plus any additional BWC footage related to the suspect’s arrest.
The primary officer’s police report or probable cause statement (with personally identifiable information redacted).
Exclusions:
PII, nudity, minors, and explicit content should be redacted or omitted.
If BWC was not in use, please confirm.
