To Whom It May Concern,

I am requesting records under the Open Records Act related to the arrest of Samuel D. Floyd on November 17, 2024, in Lambertville, NJ. Specifically, I seek:

Dashcam and BWC footage from the first two responding officers, as well as any additional BWC video related to the arrest.
Police report or probable cause statement (with PII redacted).
If your agency does not use body cameras, please advise. If state troopers were involved, please include their dashcam footage.

Exclusions:

PII, minors, nudity, or graphic content may be redacted.
Preferred format: digital (email or secure file-sharing).
Please let me know if clarification is needed. I appreciate your prompt response.
