Under OPRA/FOIA/Public Records laws, I am requesting the following documents:
Body Camera / Dash Camera footage of the incident which occurred Oct. 24 at 2:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Roger Valenzuela of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 60-year-old female, Yolanda Garcia of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)].
