Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive copies of all police reports and dispatch logs for landlord-tenant disputes between 01/01/2019 to 5/01/2021.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

Good morning Jack,
Our police department has reviewed your request. Please be informed our police dispatch system does not log landlord/tenant disputes by a specific identifying code; they instead fall under a general "dispute" classification so our Officers will need to review every single dispute case to review and retrieve the records that match your request. As such, due to the significant time that will be required to pull, thoroughly review and sort the files responsive to your OPRA request, we'll require an extension to respond by July 30th.
