Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city that the registered address for the property owners is out of the state of New Jersey.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

In response to your June 15, 2021 OPRA in which you request residential
properties in which the property owner is out of the state of New Jersey,
please be advised that the tax office does not have the ability to print
such a report from their system. Individual property addresses can be
looked up however an excel file is unable to be produced therefore we do
not have any records that are responsive to your request
Please confirm receipt of this email response and advise if we may close
out your request
