I am writing to request an internal review of Union City's handling of my OPRA request 'Open Records Request 0351' Submitted on May 19th 2021.

Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city that the registered address for the property owners is out of the state of New Jersey.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

I no longer work for the city. I’ve asked the Tax Collector and Tax
Assessor to see if they have the documents you requested. In the future,
