This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city that the property owners do not reside in that property as their primary residence (Non-owner-occupied properties).
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

Thank you for your patience. This is not something the township is able
to supply as it would likely come from the local tax assessor. Gloucester
County is under a PILOT program for moving the tax assessor duties to the
County Level. Please contact the Gloucester County Tax Assessor’s Office
to see if they can help.
