due to the state of emergency in relation to COVID-19, the City of Jersey

format you seek on a searchable Internet database found at njactb.org.
Accordingly, in response to your OPRA request, the City directs you to
that website for fulfillment.
From that site, you may download by municipality in Excel format, then
view and manipulate the data provided to determine which properties are
owned in state vs. out of state.
