This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city where Water damage or a flood was reported between 01/01/2019 to 5/01/2021. Please include the date, address of property, and estimate of damage.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.
Thank you,
Jack Smith
Good Day,
Please be advised that due to the State of Emergency, the staff is working from home and has very limited access, if any, to the Township files. We will do our best to accommodate your request as quickly as we can, but depending on the information you seek, there may be a delay. Once the crisis is over and we are allowed back in the building, we will reply accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and stay well.
Thank you,
Fatima Baez-Aguilar
