Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city where Water damage or a flood was reported between 01/01/2019 to 5/01/2021. Please include the date, address of property, and estimate of damage.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

I am writing to request an internal review of Paterson City's handling of my OPRA request 'Open Records Request 0348' Submitted on May 13th, 2021.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city where Water damage or a flood was reported between 01/01/2019 to 5/01/2021. Please include the date, address of property, and estimate of damage.

Good morning,
I have reviewed the previously submitted OPRA request and we received the
attached OPRA request from you regarding water on May 5^th 2021. The
attached request asks for a list of residential properties that have the
water shut off any time between 01/01/2020 and 05/05/2021. A response was
provided to you via email on May 10^th (attached).
We did not receive a request asking for residential properties with water
or flood damage between 01/01/2019 to 05/01/2021 as indicated below. It
also appears that the request below may have been sent to Paterson City
instead of Orange.
If you would like to submit this OPRA request for a list of residential
properties with water or flood damage between 01/01/2019 to 05/01/2021,
please confirm and we will submit the request for processing. Thank you.
