Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all Residential properties in your city where fire was reported between 01/01/2019 to 5/01/2021. Please include the date of fire, address of property, and estimate of damage.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

With regard to your OPRA request dated June 13, 2021, please note that
this request is too vague and cannot be answered in the manner in which it
was received. The Fire Reporting system the Lyndhurst Township Fire
Department currently utilizes cannot produce a list to satisfy your
request. Please re-submit your request with a more specific type (s) of
“fire” response you are seeking.
