As per your OPRA request dated June 11, 2021, the Township does not
maintain any document responsive to this request, and therefore none is
being provided. OPRA defines a “government record” as any paper or other
tangible material that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the
course of the public entity’s official business. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. The
Township does not maintain a list of properties in pre-foreclosure status.
