Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all residential properties that have had Code Enforcement violations issued to the property between the dates of 1/1/2020 and 05/05/2021. Please provide the type of violation.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

As per the Code Enforcement, There’s no open permits and/or violations from
our UCC office; attached you’ll find a copy of Certificate of approvals for
the oil tank abandonment in place and the subsequent CA for the tank
removal.
