In response to your June 9th OPRA please be advised that the Borough of
East Rutherford does not maintain a list of residential properties that
have code violations.  If there is a particular property they do have the
ability  to check the file for any violations.  Therefore there are no
documents to provide in response to your request

of all residential properties that have had Code Enforcement violations
issued to the property between the dates of 1/1/2020 and 05/05/2021.
Please provide the type of violation.

Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently
available information.

Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific
legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.
