Under the Public Records Act, I formally request a current list of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 1/1/2020 and 05/05/2021
I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with the Utilities Code.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

The borough is in receipt of your OPRA request for a list of residential
properties that have had water shut off. Please be advised that the
borough is not the water provider to the residents therefore that is not
information that we would maintain and we have no records to produce in
response to your request. The homeowners in East Rutherford are provided
water service through Suez. Any request would have to be made directly
through them
