Dear Berkeley Township Police Depatment,
Records Custodian,
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I hereby request access to the following records:
1. All police reports generated in relation to incidents at or involving the address 315 Parisen Ave, Bayville, NJ 08721 from April 1st, 2024 to August 16th, 2024.
2. All calls for service and dispatch records (including any related incident or CAD reports) pertaining to police response at 315 Parisen Ave, Bayville, NJ 08721 from April 1st, 2024 to August 16th, 2024.
3. All available dispatch recordings (audio) for any calls requesting police service to 315 Parisen Ave, Bayville, NJ 08721 between April 1st, 2024, and August 16th, 2024.
4. Any and all police body camera footage and dash camera footage recorded during police responses to 315 Parisen Ave, Bayville, NJ 08721 between April 1st, 2024, and August 16th, 2024.
If the records are available in electronic format, please provide them via email or on a CD or USB drive.
I understand that pursuant to OPRA, a response is required within seven business days. If some of the requested records are not immediately available, please provide the records that are available and notify me as to when the remaining records will be available.
