This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am writing on behalf of the displaced residents of 570 Fairview Avenue, and 580 Fairview Avenue, and request of the Name, Address & Phone number of the Insurance company for the landlord of Fairview Gardens, LLC P.O. Box 2419 Garfield, NJ 07026. We also request a copy of the deed to both buildings, floor plans of both buildings with the legal apartments listed on the floor plans. We request documentation with a detailed report from state of New Jersey, Bergen County, and the Borough of Fairview's inspection report of the building; which delineates the reported hazardous conditions that led to both buildings being condemned.
