Open Public Record Request
I am writing to formally request access to public records pertaining to permits for Installation of a lawn sprinkler systems that have been issued between January 1, 2020, and November 1, 2023.
Specifically, I am seeking the following information for each permit:
1. Property Owner's Name
2. Property Address
3. Contractor's Name
4. Permit Status (Open or Closed)
I understand that managing these records might be extensive, and I am willing to accept the data in an Excel spreadsheet or any other digital format that is readily available and convenient for your office.
Please consider this letter as an official request under the State’s Public Records Act or Freedom of Information Act, which grants me the right to access public records. I am prepared to cover any reasonable costs associated with the retrieval and provision of these records, and I understand that the fees, if any, will be communicated to me in advance.
