Dear Garfield City,

I am requesting information regarding a property located at 58 Marsellus Pl Garfield, NJ . An inspection of the property shows that there was a fire in the attic and basement. I am requesting any information from the fire department on the fire that happened at this property, if such information exists. Second I am requesting a record on the construction
permitting for this property, specifically any repairs that were done after the fire. Third, I am requesting a record on the open permits, any violations, liens for this property.
