Open Permits and Oil Tank Records

We're waiting for Brian Ruiz to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Hightstown Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January of 1980 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and septic tank location.
