Dear Atlantic County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all communications, written or electronic, received from or sent to the Buena Borough employees or officials concerning the open borough council seat. The councilman in question submitted his resignation on April 30, 2021, which was accepted by the council meeting of May 10, 2021.

The timeline for this serach of records should be between April 30, 2021 to present.

I request that all responses be returned via electronic format.
