Open Construction Permits and Oil Tank

I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request and will responding to the questions regarding liens on the property. There are no open tax sale certificate liens against the property at this time. There were liens sold in prior years, but they have since been redeemed (paid in full) and are no longer open and due. If you are looking for mortgage lien information, you will need to contact the Monmouth County Clerk's office.
