information regarding presence of underground oil tank, including permits,
remediation reports, environmental reports and surveys showing underground
oil tank location

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Hillsborough to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.

Hello,
Per your recent OPRA request with Hillsborough Township Building Dept.
please be advised that we do not have any permit records or violations for
2276 Camplain Rd. We do have an open permit number 2012-2831 for a water
heater and no violations for this address. Please contact me if you have
