I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Please be aware that you requested this same Opra request on November 29,
2018.

There are NO open permits or liens on file for 15 Clemson Road and 40
Frederick Place.

Taxes are paid current on both properties through the 4^th quarter of
2018.  There are no open liens or property cleanup charges at this time.

Additionally, you will have to contact the Middlesex County Board of
Health at 732-745-3100 for all environmental issues.
