Records requested:
I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.
28 Newport Drive Manalapan - I would also like to know if the prior owners permitted for a garage conversion.

I have provided a list of all permits Issued to the property. There do
not appear to be any open permits
This property has been serviced by Natural gas since first construction,
no records of any tanks at site were found.
A permit for garage conversion (# 1993-2106) was issued and approved in
1994.
