I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Hi Adriana,

In response to your OPRA request regarding open permits at 159 S. Main Street, the answer to your other OPRA request, also below, would satisfy that part of the request.

For the second part, "Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location," what is the time span of the search you would like performed? Please advise. Thank you.

In regards to the below OPRA request, I have found only one open permit for block 15, lot 45, which is 159 South Main St. This permit is for closing in sunroom and replacing windows. I do not have anything more on either one of them.
