Dear Old Bridge Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Be advised that you will also need to contact the Middlesex County Board of Health at 732-745-3100. They are a separate entity with separate records and they handle all environmental issues.

Please see attached documents, pursuant to your request. Files marked with
“C” are closed, others are open or expired. However any work completed
without permits, the homeowner will need to secure permits for said work
prior to resale of home. Absence of a permit for an oil tank does not mean
there were never tanks onsite. Interested parties should do their due
diligence.

 

This property is on our Abandoned Properties list and has not paid the
2018 or 2019 fees to date. $500.00 and$1500.00 is due. The property also
has  current property maintenance violations unabated. The above fees are
due and payable prior to transfer of ownership. Property must also obtain
a Certificate to sell and have the property inspected. Application for

Additionally, the taxes are paid current through the 4^th quarter of 2018.
There are no open liens or property cleanup charges at this time.
