Open Construction Permits and Oil Tank

I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Good Morning:
I am in receipt of your OPRA request received this morning via e-mail. I forwarded your request to the Rumson Building Department (we have a shared service with them for construction code services) with regard to open permits and below is her response:
Good Morning,
No open permits here. The only thing I see in the old system was a 1998 permit for alterations and it is closed. No tank permits in computer.

When I pulled the closed block and lot construction file, the only permit was from 1998 (as mentioned by Lynda) for a new kitchen, bath and 1/2 bath. There was nothing in the file that showed an underground storage tank on the property. The liens on the property were redeemed.
