Open Construction Permits and Oil Tank
Dear East Brunswick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Attached please find a listing of permits for 255 W Wycoff Way. Please be advised that there is no record of an oil tank ever being installed or removed from the property. Septic questions should be addressed to the Health Department as it is under their jurisdiction. If you have any questions, please call the Construction Office at 732-390-6875 between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
