I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.
