Open Construction Permits and Oil Tank
Dear Hopewell Township (Mercer),
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

It appears that the attached documents are the only building permit
information we have relating to the above noted property. No surveys or
oil tank information found within the construction archives.

I can only verify the permit from the Health Dept (septic) dated June 2004 was completed and closed.
