Open Construction Permits and Oil Tank
Dear Jackson Township,

I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Thank you for your response to this OPRA Request. Just to clarify, 868 Bethel Church, 305 Harding Ct., and 62 S. Cooks Bridge Rd have no open permits? The only one with open permits is 2 Abigail Ct., are all the permits on the document your provided open? Thank you for your help.
