My client is looking to purchase the home at 11 Washington Ave in
Middlesex NJ, I'm requesting OPEN & CLOSE PERMITS for 11 Washington Ave.,
Middlesex, NJ 08846 . Any and all permits within the past 30 years.

unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Middlesex to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. 
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at

The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on July 26, 2024.  The official Records Custodian, Linda Chismar,
received your OPRA requests on July 26, 2024.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your requests is August 6, 2024.  This
response is being provided to you on the 6^th business day after
custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your request sought access to the following:

 1. I'm requesting OPEN & CLOSE PERMITS for 11 Washington Ave., Middlesex,
NJ 08846 . Any and all permits within the past 30 years.

As of today there are no open permits for 11 Washington Ave.  Closed
permits attached. At this time, I believe your request has been fulfilled.
