Dear Mr. Letizia,

The Borough of Oakland Records Custodian has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on 8/27/24. The seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is 9/6/24.

Your request sought the following records: 20 Pawnee Ave, copies of all
open and closed building/construction department permits, specifically
noting any permits that are related to roofing.

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.

Please be advised that as of September 3, 2024, OPRA has required every
public agency to adopt a new OPRA request form “established by the [GRC].”
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f). Going forward, you must certify under penalty of
N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, the following three questions:

1. I HAVE / HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the
laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States;

2. I, or another person, WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government
records for a commercial purpose;

3. I AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Should you choose not to file your OPRA request using the attached
prescribed OPRA form, you must still answer the aforementioned questions
in order for your request to be processed.

Your request is now marked as closed and deemed complete. Should you have
