Thank you for the quick response, however, can you please confirm if any of these permits are still open? They appear to all be open as none of them are signed by a township official.

Dear Clerk at Franklin Township,

Our client is purchasing this home so we want to be sure there are no open permits that may cause a problem for our client if they decide to sell the home at some point. Being that these permits provided are "canceled" due to not having final inspections I am not sure if that is sufficient. Is there a CO requirement in your town wherein these permits may prevent a CO from being issued?
