Please accept this email in lieu of a more formal letter in response to
the above referenced OPRA request which was received by the Custodian of
Records on May 26, 2023.  This response is being sent within seven
business days following receipt by the Custodian. 

Your Request sought access to the following records:

Open and Closed Building/Construction Department permits for the Property
Located at 3350 Moss Mill Rd.

In response to this request, the Township is providing the following
records: Three Closed Permits, One Open Permit and the Property (Permit)
History Report.  There was one redaction made for the open permit, which
was unlisted telephone number.  OPRA exempts “personal information” from a
government record including an Unlisted Telephone number.  See N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5a.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied, you
have a right to challenge

the decision by the Township of Mullica to deny access. At your option,
you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey
or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by
completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
