With regard to your request for open/closed permits, the Construction
Official’s Office has indicated that the requested permit records are
available on-line and may be located on the [2]SDL portal where you can
register and research any property in Jersey City.  Please note that any
permit prior to the latter part of 2006, based upon the NJ Permit
extension act, will be deemed abandoned; after that it is considered open;
to close the permit it will require an inspection.

Please note this request will not be circulated for permits and will now
be deemed closed.
