Only a select portion of the metadata

Dear Pinelands Regional School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Only those portions of the metadata associated with each of the three surreptitious audio and videotapes taken of me by your students which would indicate when the tape was made, when it was shared by the Pinelands administrators, and the length of each. The rest of the metadata may be deleted.

Yours faithfully,
Paul B Dalnoky

Nicholas Brown, Pinelands Regional School District

of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises the schools of
the Pinelands School District (the “District.”) As such, I am in receipt
of your April 11, 2022 OPRA request. Due to the District’s closure as a
result of spring break, today is the seventh (7^th) business day to
respond to your request. Your request sought the following:

Only those portions of the metadata associated with each of the three
surreptitious audio and videotapes taken of me by your students which
would indicate when the tape was made, when it was shared by the Pinelands

deleted.

Please allow this email to serve as notice that I will require an
extension of time until May 11, 2022. to respond to your request. OPRA
allows for the Records Custodian to advise of the need for an extension
pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the

available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall
be deemed denied.”
