Dear Middlesex County,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The terms and conditions of the online auction website chosen by Middlesex County to sell off old/excess property. The requirement to keep this on file comes from Department of Community Affairs Local Finance Notice 2008-9 (page 2, paragraph 2, subparagraph g). If multiple auction sites are used, the terms, conditions, and names of the local government agencies used for each.
