Dear Therese Wollman,

The building plans. Our property is located next to 4 Dogwood. The house was torn down by Atlantic Builders and Atlantic Builders is building a new house on 4 Dogwood. We were told by Marie DeSoucey that in order to see the new construction plans we had to submit an OPRA request. We have submitted to OPRA request to Rumson and are awaiting an approval for us to come in and view the plans.
