I would like to know if there are construction permits , violations or
documents related dto oil tank removals or gas to oil conversions to the
property located at 302-306 S 11th Street, Newark, NJ the properties. 
Also, I would like to know there is any information regarding the presence
of any current or past underground oil tank activity, if applicable,
including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, or any
surveys showing underground oil tank location.
