Dear GOV Opra Custodian [gov],
The governors office is directly responsible for the improper constitution of the sussex county tax board for approximately 17, with 5 being required and 3 highly partisan members making decisions, which seem highly questionable to put nicely, and subject of likely lawsuit and federal investigation. Your office and senate are directly responsible for not seating this board properly, and must be records, including those directly involving each governor in that time period.
The tax board points fingers directly at the governors office, and says they have no responsibility for illegally performing during that period. It was the governors responsibility, and must be records.
You claim to be anti corruption, and this is likely worst in state, and being actively covered for by the DAG.
Yours sincerely,
Jon Sutton
