I would like a copy of officer reyes' use of force reports from January 1, 2010 through April 1, 2021

I would like a copy of the dash camera footage on april 4, 2021 from the stop of john van dyke please include his cars dash camera and officer 43.

I would like a copy of the cad report from april 4, 2021 from 8am through 8 pm

I would like a copy of all authorizations to be on school property from January 1, 2021 through april 6, 2021. (Officer badge number 43 stated he receives authorizations for people to be on the property)

I would like a copy of all standard operating procedures to identify police officers when requested by a member of the public that are active and current as of april 6, 2021

I would like a copy of the internal affairs complaint form.
