The request is denied. Police personnel and staffing schedule, including
shifts and calls assigned to specific officers, are not available under
OPRA due to safety and security exemption as release
of this information could create a risk to the safety of persons or
property pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.

My request was for a SUMMARY of all calls Officer Alexander was assigned. Each call is a public document except those that are exempt. Calls that Officer Alexander responded to in the past clearly do not justify the safety and security exemption. The denial of this request was in violation of State law. I ask this request be reviewed and reconsidered prior to petioinining the GRC.
