Dear Point Pleasant Beach Police Department,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Accordingly, the request has been denied per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, Executive
Order No. 21, or Executive Order No. 26, or otherwise as listed below:
