Dear Howell Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records Requested:

Patrolman Brett Kyle is currently assigned to Evening Shift as per the desk officer. Please provide the following activity from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

1. Total number of vehicle stops
2. Total number of citations issued
3. Copies of all citations
4. Number of arrests and reasons for each
5. Total number of illness/sick/medical days used
6. Total number of union days taken

The requested information will be utilized for a community watchdog report to be released to the public.

I DO NOT approve any extension. This information is easily obtained through police data systems.

your request has  a total of 758 citations issued. Copies of citations
have not been provided as they need to be reviewed and redacted. A special
service charge will apply and a 50% deposit will be required  prior to
this task being completed.
