Body camera footage for officers Michale Miserendino and Andrew Picnic (names listed as spelled on the official Plumsted Township Safety & Police website) for April 23, 2023 between the hours of 5:00-8:00 pm.
Audio recording of solicitation ordinance complaint to Plumsted Township Police department on or about April 23, 2023, at or around 5:30 pm, in the area of Ivans Drive.
All written reports and township documents, including police reports, email correspondence, and working documents, related to or referencing the above mentioned solicitation ordinance complaint.

Dear Plumsted Township,
I just wanted to provide some clarification with regards to the document request portion of my previous OPRA request concerning the solicitation ordinance complaint on April 23, 2023 and the subsequent law enforcement response. Please provide any and all documents including official reports, working documents, and correspondence (written, email, or text) referencing or related to the incident in question, that were created by, sent, or received to or from any and all township employees between the dates of April 23, 2023 and May 7, 2023.

Attached please find the police report relating to the incident on April 23, 2023. It has been redacted under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
The body camera footage is available but too large to email. The fee for the footage on a flash drive is $3 (payable by check or cash). I am in until 5 pm or back on Monday morning at 9 am. You may pick it up at your earliest convenience.
I am working on any emails or documentation that may have been sent during the time frame you requested and will advise once I have that information compiled. I would be able to email any additional documentation.
