Please accept this as Rowan’s completed response to your November 12, 2022 OPRA request wherein you sought:
Copy of any and all disciplinary action issued by Rowan University (specifically issued by OSLP, but may be from any Rowan department or Office) against any of the following IFC Fraternities
- Tau Kappa Epsilon
- Kappa Sigma
- Sigma Alpha Epsilon
- Theta Chi
As you know, OPRA requires a response within seven business days. This response is being provided on November 17, 2022, the fourth business day. Attached please find the an excel sheet which provides all relevant information in response to your request regarding the aforementioned fraternities. Please note that there are no records regarding Theta Chi.
I believe this is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this request unless you advise otherwise.
