Background:

The Lacey Township Police Department recently announced the commencement of an off-road enforcement detail (Public Notice – Lacey Township Police Department – Off-Road Enforcement Details Begin This Saturday, July 7, 2018).

That public notice indicated a federal grant was received by the township for same:
"A 2018 federal grant provided to Lacey Township will be utilized toward the cost of these off-road enforcement details."

Records requested:

Please provide a copy of the federal grant application and letter confirming the award of grant for the off-road detail.
