Clerk's Office as stated to you before.  You would have to contact the
municipality where the property is location for Tax delinquent records,
residential Code enforcement, vacant property lists and CO inquiries.  
     Property liens that are recorded through the County Clerk's Office

the link for Property Search under Important Information on the home
page.
